Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• If the customer wishes to exchange an item for any personal reason (size change, design change, or preference), a standard exchange fee of Rs. 250 will be charged.

• If the exchange is due to an error from our end (manufacturing defect, incorrect size sent, or wrong item delivered), Lafazi will bear all exchange charges, and no fee will be applied to the customer.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Eligibility:

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.

Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are facilitated as per the policy.
