Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• If the customer wishes to exchange an item for any personal reason (size change, design change, or preference), customer have to dispatch us the article bearing all the charges. Once we receive the article we will inspect it and then send the new one and customer will pay the exchange fee for that as well at the time of delivery.

• If the exchange is due to an error from our end (manufacturing defect, incorrect size sent, or wrong item delivered), Lafazi will bear all exchange charges, and no fee will be applied to the customer.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Eligibility:

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.

Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are facilitated as per the policy.
